Lionsgate has released a new teaser for “Mockingjay: Part 1″ with Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss visiting the ruins of a devastated District 12, Variety said.
The teaser begins with a voiceover between Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) and Alma Coin (Julianne Moore) strategizing over how to persuade Katniss to join the rebellion. “Let her see what the Capitol did to District 12,” he suggests.
The teaser includes Katniss returning to her former home, still standing amid the massive destruction. It also includes a portion of “Yellow Flicker Beat,” the new song Lorde recorded for the film.
The third “Hunger Games” movie opens Nov. 21.
