In an interesting development, Nickelback's divisive frontman Chad Kroeger has been snapped in the studio with One Direction's Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, Gigwise reports.
Daughty drummer Robin Diaz posted a fun picture of the unlikely trio on his Instagram page a few days ago, however nothing concrete concerning a potential 1D/Nickelback collaboration has been confirmed just yet.
Kroeger was last in the news at Gigwise when he responded to a kickstarter campaign aiming to raise enough money to ban Nickelback from performing in London.
He said: "I love it. More controversy that surrounds either myself, my personal life, the band, whatever – I think it's hilarious."
