European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said on Friday, Jan 15, he believes there will be a permanent solution to Britain's reform demands of the European Union in February, Reuters reports.
"I'm quite sure that we'll have not a compromise, a solution… a permanent solution in February," Juncker told a news conference.
