“By Raffi Hovannisian’s initiative our party withdrawn the presidency institute which in accordance to democratic principles,” Movses Aristakesyan , former deputy chairman of the Heritage Party told news conference today.
According Mr. Aristakesyan, resigning from its mandate, Raffi Hovannisian introduced the rotation principle in the political culture of RA, giving other party figures an opportunity to reveal themselves.
