USA’s refusing to place antiballistic missile system in Poland and Czechia is a positive step towards re-launch of RF-US relations, Head of Democracy and Collaboration Institute, New York Department Andranik Mihranyan told a news conference in Yerevan. “Washington has undertaken steps. Before, USA expected concessions from other states, the situation is different now,” the politologist noted.
