Serious debates are in progress at Turkish Parliament. Still, I do not doubt Protocols will be ratified, Head of Analytical Center for Globalization and Regional Collaboration Stepan Grigoryan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, commenting on RA -Turkey Protocols’ ratification process.
Comparing RA and Turkish Parliaments he noted, “RA Parliament’s delaying Protocols’ ratification will be considered political gambling, while Turkish Parliament-caused delay is a political struggle.”
At the same time, he stated that Azerbaijan will do its best to interfere with Protocols’ ratification process.
