Armenia should ratify the protocols ahead of Turkey, according to Stepan Grigoryan, head of analytical center on globalization and regional cooperation (ACGRC).
“Protracting the ratification process, Yerevan can provoke inclusion of Karabakh issue into talks with Ankara,” he said, adding that failure of the Armenian-Turkish dialogue will entail greater pressure of superpowers on Armenia.
