Turkish parliament will ratify protocols in December-January, according to Stepan Grigoryan, head of analytical center on globalization and regional cooperation (ACGRC).
“Turkey will ratify the protocols without waiting for progress in Karabakh talks,” he said, adding that the border will be opened within terms envisaged by the documents.
