Secretary of National Security Council (NSC) Arthur Baghdasaryan received Wednesday newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Armenia Achal Kumar Malhotra.
Highly assessing the current level of Armenian-Indian relations, Mr. Baghdasaryan expressed hope for their further development.
Ambassador Malhotra, for his part, expressed willingness to contribute to development of cooperation in various fields. Particularly, he touched upon plans to establish an Armenian-Indian Center of Excellence in Armenia, RA NSC press service reported.
