Decision of the Constitutional Court of Armenia on compliance of Armenian-Turkish Protocols with the Armenian Constitution is quite expected, Alexander Iskandaryan , Director of the Caucasus Institute told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
"I think this is another signal to Turkey and the world community that Armenia is ready to normalize Armenian-Turkish relations.However, it would take place if the Turkish parliament ratifies the Protocols," Iskandaryan said.
