On March 29, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on dismissing current Ambassadors to Romania and Kuwait, Yeghishe Sargsyan and Vahagn Melikyan.
By another decree, Hamlet Gasparyan and Fadey Charchoghlyan were appointed as Armenia’s Ambassadors to Romania and Kuwait respectively, presidential press service reported.
