Nagorno Karabakh should be officially renamed into Artsakh, an Armenian expert said.
“It’s time for the President and parliament of Artsakh to use the original ethnonym,” Levon Shirinyan told reporters on June 22.
As to the Chaylu incident, he said the parliament should carry out a thorough investigation.
