Belarus believes the extension of Russian military base deployment in Armenia to be solely in the scope of Armenia-Russia relations, Belarusian Ambassador to Armenia Stepan Sukharenko stated, refusing to provide further comments.
“Russia has been and is the key strategic partner to Belarus,” the Ambassador told a news conference in Yerevan.
