On November 11, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Nikolay Ryzhkov, the Russian co-chairman of the interparliamentary commission for cooperation between the Federation Council of Russia and National Assembly of Armenia.
The Armenian leader noted that strategic cooperation between the two countries is developing. He stressed that interparliamentary cooperation plays an important role in the process.
Ryzhkov informed the Armenian President of the work implemented by the committee. Besides, he briefed Serzh Sargsyan on matters discussed during a regular sitting of the committee in Yerevan that are aimed at developing cooperation between the two countries in technologies, science, innovation, etc, the presidential press service reported.
