Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc issued a statement, congratulating Libyan people on victory over Muammar Gaddafi’s dictatorship.
“Libyan people brought down Gaddafi’s dictatorship after a long, bloody battle. After Tunis and Egypt, Libya was the next in a row to win its right for legitimate authorities, establishing democracy, and developing a free society in a law-governed state,” ANC statement stressed.
