On October 27, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will start a tour over Europe. The FM will leave for Luxembourg to sign an EU-Armenia declaration on visa regime facilitation.
Further, Mr. Nalbandian will pay a working visit to Berlin; on October 29, the FM will deliver a statement at Paris-hosted 36th Unesco General Conference, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
