The parliamentary campaign 2012 becomes increasingly interesting, with employment of new “know-hows”.
According to Chorrord Ishkhanutyun paper, Orinats Yerkir party and its leader Artur Baghdasaryan are particularly inventive in terms of innovative propaganda tools. Rumors say they have developed a unique trick for their propaganda.
The paper says Orinats Yerkir’s ministers are instructed to “recruit” local bosses and leaders in different provinces, communities and cities who can secure a certain number of votes.
Following the “recruitment”, they are “appointed” in non-existent positions by a ministerial decree, i.e. they are provided an office within the ministerial buildings, and told to expect a wonderful “promotion” after May 6 elections. To many, promises of a car and relevant staff are given.
Orinats Yerkir is well aware that however hard their leader tries to vow loyalty to the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and its leader, President Serzh Sargsyan, RPA will not make much effort to “secure votes” for the party.
