By the decree of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, members of the United States House of Representatives Brad Sherman, Anna Eshoo and Senator Mark Kirk were awarded with Mkhitar Gosh medals.
U.S. lawmakers were awarded for significant contribution to international Genocide recognition campaign and development of Armenia-U.S. ties, presidential press-service reported.
