The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) continues to retain 8% refinancing rate
0.6% deflation was recorded in April, as a result of which 12-month inflation decreased by 0,3 point to total 1,9% compared with last year’s index.
CBA Council states that Armenia’s inflationary environment won’t face pressure by commodity world markets. Meanwhile, the country’s economic development doesn’t envisage expansion of inflationary environment, CBA press service reports.
