As of April 30, 2012, Gazprombank OJSC granted loans and credit lines to Areximbank-Gazprombank Group at amount of over USD 100 mln, USD 50 mln out of which was aimed at financing of ArmRosgazprom CJSC, modernization of 5th power unit of Hrazdan hydropower station, the bank’s press service reported.
Gazprombank OJSC is 100 % shareholder of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group. In 2008 and 2009 it increased chartered capital of Areximbank by USD 20 mln and USD 10 mln respectively. The bank’s nominal capital totaled USD 31.5 mln as of 30.04.2012.
