On July 12, Council of Europe will unveil a 3-year Action Plan for Armenia.
The Euro 15 million program will focus of promoting the country’s reforms in human rights, democracy and legislation.
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Director General of Programmes will speak at the opening event.
