On July 12, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan met with a newly-appointed Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mohammad Rayeesi.
The Minister congratulated the envoy on his new post, wishing him success in further development of Armenia-Iran ties.
During the meeting, the parties focused on multilateral cooperation as well as conflict settlement issues.
