French president Jacques Chirac has addressed a congratulatory message to president of Armenia Robert Kocharian due to being reelected for the second term. As reported by the press service of the Armenian president, the message specifically says: “On behalf of the French people and myself personally I congratulate you due on reelection at the office of president and wish you good luck in performing you high mission.”
