REPORT ON ARMENIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TO BE DISCUSSED AT PACE BUREAU SITTING MARCH 10

The preliminary report on the Armenian presidential election will be discussed at a sitting of the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in Paris March 10. Council of Europe secretary general Walter Schwimmer will participate in the sitting. Let us remind that yesterday the CE and PACE leaders made a statement, which specifically noted, “the full extent of responsibility for, and the impact of, the irregularities are yet to be determined, but it is already clear that they cannot remain without consequences.”
