According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Armenian National Movement (ANM) executive secretary Vahagn Hayotsyan said yesterday, Sept. 18 that no notification on Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally had been filed to Yerevan Municipality.
As Mr. Hayotsyan noted, the rally date had not been set yet, the paper says.
