Armenian Defense Ministry’s board secretary Hayk Makuchyan, who escaped killing by Ramil Safarov during the NATO-sponsored language course in Budapest in 2004, is studying details of the application to the relevant European institutions to recover his violated rights.
“The issue seems simple at first sight, yet requires a detail study,” Makuchyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
Makuchyan reiterated his intention to apply to the courts, timing being the only issue. As he noted, lawyers involved in the case are the only ones to decide when the application will be filed.
According to Makuchyan, Armenia’s state structures are rendering him every support in the case.
