By 2:00 p.m. the Iranian observation group had not registered any notable offences of the electoral process in the course of the second round of the presidential elections in Armenia. Observation group chairman Shahemi said in an interview to the Public Television Company of Armenia. In his words, the group has visited a number of polling stations and it can state the elections proceed on the whole normally.
