I am rather confident I will win the second round of the presidential elections. Incumbent Armenian president Robert Kocharian said after voting at an electoral center. He noted that he came to the polling station in “a fine mood.” As of the opportunity for the opposition to appeal against the returns of the election second round, R.Kocharian noted, “all opposition songs are about protests.”
