The central electoral commission has made public latest data on the early returns of the elections in 360 polling stations, where a total of 203 790 citizens voted (some 13% of those who participated in the election second round). 52 460 or 26.2% were for Stepan Demirchian, 148 046, i.e. 73.8%, favored Robert Kocharian.
