Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Tuesday, Oct 16, with a delegation of Armenian and international organizations specializing in information technologies led by director of Incubator Foundation Enterprise Bagrat Yengibaryan and president of the Synergy International Systems Incorporation Ashot Hovhannesyan.
With the development of IT in the focus of the discussion, the participants noted tangible achievements Artsakh registered in the field lately.
NKR deputy prime minister Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
