The head of State Property Management Department explained the sale of Foreign Ministry building to Armenian Argentinean entrepreneur Eduardo Eurnekian by the latter’s offer to buy it at higher-than-market price.
As Arman Sahakyan told the October 24 news conference in Yerevan, a sale of any government-owned building is possible.
“We’re ready to consider any good offers,” Sahakyan said, calling attention to the buildings of Yerevan Conservatory and Ministry of Transport and Communication.
