Uruguay will recognize Nagorno Karabakh by late November, thus signaling a new start in international recognition of the republic, the Hraparak daily reported citing well-informed sources.
According to the paper, Uruguay is ready to announce its decision; however Russia and the U.S. are trying to slow down the issue.
Uruguay parliament chair has scheduled an official visit to Armenia in late November to be followed by a visit to Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
