President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday, October 26 issued a letter to Heinz Fischer to congratulate the Austrian leader on his country’s National Day.
Also, on the threshold of Independent Czechoslovak State Day, Mr. Sargsyan addressed a congratulatory message to President Vaclav Klaus.
