A new Escape from Planet Earth trailer has debuted, according to Digital Spy.
The 3D animated comedy centres around alien astronaut Scorch Supernova – voiced by Brendan Fraser – who becomes a prison in Area 51 on the 'dark planet', Earth.
The film also features the voices of Sarah Jessica Parker and Jessica Alba.
The animation has been produced by Rainmaker Entertainment for The Weinstein Company under director Cal Brunker, who worked as an artist on Despicable Me.
Escape from Planet Earth will be released on February 14.
