OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs' visit suggested that Karabakh conflict settlement negotiations will continue on Foreign Ministers level, NKR ex-Foreign Minister said.
“With presidential elections ahead of us, we have some time to mull over the distance passed and correct our mistakes,” Arman Melikyan told a news conference.
New Times party leader Aram Karapetyan, however, believes that OSCE Minsk Group arrival was meant to prove that the effort to promote Karabakh conflict settlement is ongoing.
“With Madrid Principles for conflict settlement set aside, MG is searching for a new way to unravel this knot,” Melikyan said.
