Ahead of presidential elections, Yerevan’s Ketron district administration is collecting passports from pensioners, with an aim to distribute aid to them, Zhamanak daily reported.
“It’s noteworthy that district administration head Ara Sadoyan is brother of Ruben Sadoyan, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia parliamentary group,” the paper said.
