According to Chorrord Ishkhanutyun daily, law enforcement agencies in Armenian provinces have recently targeted organizers of signature campaign in support of Civilitas Foundation founder and former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian.
“The persecution of Oskanian supporters has recently gained momentum in the town of Hrazdan, with lawmen there still collecting new arguments against the ex-minister and clarifying the reasons behind the city residents’ decision to join the signature campaign,” the paper says.
