According to Hraparak paper, during his visit to Moscow Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan saved no efforts to inform Russia-based Armenian elite of the alleged agreement reached with President Serzh Sargsyan, under which he is to become the next prime minister.
However, the authority circles are said to have expressed discontent of the step over the reports denying President Sargsyan’s plans to make any deals on the issue, the paper says.
