Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannissian asked his son's friend, U.S. Congress expert Levon Baghramian to lead his election campaign headquarters, Hraparak daily reported.
“Levon Bagramian, 30, who is said to have contributed to Barack Obama campaign organization, will arrive in Armenia this week. The party has not announced yet the name of the election headquarters chief,” the paper says.
