EUROPEAN OBSERVERS TO REPORT ON ARMENIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS FEBRUARY 20

OSCE and Council of Europe observers will present their preliminary reports on the Armenian presidential elections February 20. The observers will meet with journalists a day after the presidential elections to be held February 19. Let us note that some 200 OSCE and Council of Europe representatives will monitor the presidential elections in Armenia.
