Armenian side succeeded in curbing Azeri attacks in 2012, through serious work aimed at countering subversive reconnaissance and boosting combat readiness, Defense Minister said.
As Seyran Ohanyan told a January 18 news conference, Baku usually initiates aggressive actions in spring or autumn, with Armenian side taking measures to increase vigilance.
