28-year-old Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg topped Glassdoor's list of the highest-rated chief executives, Mashable said.
Zuckerberg got a 99% approval rating, a 14% jump over last year.
Glassdoor, which bases its rankings on anonymous reviews by employees, quoted one Facebook employee as saying that Facebook provides "An open community from Zuck on down. Mutual trust companywide and sense of community and drive, instilled by our CEO, who we all truly respect."
Comparatively, Google CEO Larry Page clocked in at No. 11 with 95%. Amazon's Jeff Bezos was No. 16 with 93%. Apple CEO Tim Cook came in at No. 18 with 93%.
