Neither Armenia, nor Nagorno Karabakh Republic, nor OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs are to blame for the lack of progress in Karabakh talks, acting Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said.
In their latest statement OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs said they were planning to organize a meeting of the foreign ministers in the coming weeks to advance the peace process.
Asked by a PanARMENIAN.Ne reporter as to the expectations from the meeting, Mr. Nalbandian said, “the Co-Chairs’ efforts are always aimed at recording progress in the negotiation process. We positively react to the plan.”
Acting minister further noted that the meeting will probably take place in the weeks to come.
