Judging solely by appearance, Larry David isn't simply reprising his Curb Your Enthusiasm persona for Clear History.
In the first trailer for the HBO film, a bearded David is seen singing a tune and leisurely driving a sports car along a coastal route as wind whips his long hair. The brief tease of the Seinfeld creator looking Lebowski-like is the only glimpse revealed of what the film has in store, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Clear History, which revolves around a marketing executive (David) at an electric car company who quits over an argument and loses out on a fortune, is directed by Greg Mottola (Superbad, Adventureland) and co-written by David.
It also boasts an impressive cast in Eva Mendes, Michael Keaton, Jon Hamm, Liev Schreiber and Bill Hader.
