NASDAQ OMX Armenia admitted additional issue of Araratbank ojsc common nominal stocks to trading.
Starting May 24, 2013, common nominal stocks issued by Araratbank will be admitted to trading and included in Free market (C) of NASDAQ OMX Armenia. This additional issue of the Company’s stocks comprises 85,100 stocks with nominal value of AMD 5,000, so total number of Araratbank’s stocks outstanding in the market is 1,277,501.
Araratbank is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Currently, common nominal stocks of Araratbank (ARBK) are admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while coupon bonds by the Company nominated in AMD (ARBKB4) and nominated in USD (ARBKB5) are listed. Another 3 issues of corporate bonds by the Company were listed at the Exchange in 2007, 2008 and 2009 being successfully redeemed afterwards at their maturity.
