A declaration on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was signed during the meetings of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Bureau and Standing Committee.
“PACE supports the ongoing talks based on Madrid Principles. The Assembly urges Armenia and Azerbaijan to use their chairmanships in the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers as an opportunity for the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. PACE stands ready to foster the talks and confidence building measures between the two countries’ parliaments,” the declaration reads.
