Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with newly-appointed UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative for Armenia Bradley Busetto.
Prime Minister congratulated Mr. Busetto on the appointment, voicing hope that he will foster the cooperation between the Armenian government and the UN Office. In this context, he highly assessed the joint programs implemented in different fields, governmental press service reported.
The UN Resident Coordinator, in turn, pledged to strengthen the cooperation. The two further discussed the course of the implementation of South Caucasus Integrated Border Management (SCIBM) program, as well as cooperation prospects in local government, agriculture and other areas.
