KARABAKH TALKS RULE OUT TERRITORIAL EXCHANGE BETWEEN ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN

The talks on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict do not provide for territorial exchange between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Armenian president Robert Kocharian told “Deutsche Welle” (German Wave) radio station last week. The full text of the interview can be found on the radio station Internet site. As stated by Robert Kocharian, one can expect activation of the negotiation process after the presidential elections in Azerbaijan planned this October. “We will try to make “an inventory” of all we have achieved and may be able to advance more actively,” – the Armenian leader said.
