Vache Gabrielyan appointed Minister-Chief of Government Staff

President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Vache Gabrielyan Minister-Chief of Government Staff, presidential press service reported.

By another decree, Gabrielyan was relieved of the post of the Chief of Staff.
