Nokia X Android smartphone appears in leaked pic

Nokia's long-awaited Android smartphone has appeared in another leaked shot, Digital Spy reveals.

Emerging via Evleaks, the Nokia X – aka Nokia Normandy – is expected to be unveiled as the Nordic company's first Android device at the Mobile World Congress next week.

The device is said to feature a dual-core 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and a 4-inch screen with a resolution of 800×480.

Although Android-powered, a report claims the device will not have access to Google Play, being pre-loaded with Nokia and Microsoft apps and services instead.

Elsewhere, 4GB of storage is thought to be on board – backed by microSD support – as well as a 5-megapixel camera.

A range of colours is set to be available as per other Nokia devices.
